It is possible to track your online activities. If you think your batterer is monitoring you, please use a safer computer (at the library or other location) to find help.
E-mail, text messaging and instant messaging are not secure ways of communicating. Corded phones are more secure than cordless or cell phones.
Remember that many newer cell phones and cars have GPS systems that a batterer can use to find where you are.
