To minimize service gaps within and across communities, our agency maintains partnerships with a number of community-based organizations and service providers. 1736 Family Crisis Center provides culturally-competent, client-centered care through responsive coordinated community networks. The agency maintains long-term operating agreements with more than 100 health and human services organizations and links clients to vocational training, health care, child care and other supportive services as needed. Agreements with area service providers are supported in all disciplines, including local law enforcement, district attorney's offices, survivor/witness assistance programs, public and private landlords, child protective services, schools, hospitals/medical treatment facilities, other victim service, veteran and homeless agencies.
