With more than 19 years of experience (two of which have been 1736 Family Crisis Center, in human resources) Terry oversees all human resource and training functions for 1736 Family Crisis Center. Her responsibilities include staff recruiting, training, employee relations, and implementing, monitoring, and training of new policies, including COVID-19, social media and anti-harassment.
